Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged automatically to the card on file. The fee may be up to the full cost of the scheduled service. Clients who no-show 2 or more appointments may be permanently banned from booking future appointments. After being banned, you may only be accepted as a walk-in if availability allows. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies and authorize the card on file to be charged any applicable fees.
